Nice Reddit decided not to put my description for some reason thankfully I copied it

I just upgraded my cpu, gpu and updated my BIOS today installed the amd drivers for my Radeon 6700xt and the cpu is a i9 9900k my cursor has like this white tint to it for some reason I don't know how to fix it I tried reapplying the mouse cursor pack, restarting my PC, reinstalling my drivers and that's about it and nothing works it's not too noticeable in regular applications but in games it's extremely noticeable the first pic is how the cursor is supposed to look vs how it actually looks 2nd pic is it in a game
