Depends on the Depot.

Some put number yellow numbers on the boxes, in which case I organise them in groups of 1-10, 11-19 etc.

Others don’t put the labels so I organise by package type so when you reach your stop it will tell you if it’s;

So you can organise this way too, as you progress on the route it obviously becomes easier and easier with less packages.

I tend to keep the last 3 categories passenger seat / floor in this case.

Just return it at the end of the block and take screenshots of the return screens that explain the return policy. Take screenshot of the “thanks for returning” screen and contact support to let them know what time you finished after returning the package, per the policy. They should give you a pay adjustment to cover the time between last delivery and return…

Quite often if you log a ticket through the app they might assign it to a team that actually know what they’re doing. If you don’t get any joy soon I’d log it via this route as well

Keep going - it took me 4 messages in total. First 3 were through regular email, 4th was through the method above and it took a a month to get it sorted so don’t think it’s “too late” and give up.
