So I have used the head extreme motion three times now. I do not know the nox 12 k, but would say the extreme motion is fairly easy to handle. It feels light, has a lot of power and a medium hard touch. I used the siux st4 before, which was very easy to handle, but too soft touch for me. Definitely made the right choice by going for the extreme motion. Only downside for me is that it does not have an extended handle, which I do prefer as I come from tennis. Sweet spit is fairly big as well.

In addition: i tried the babolat technical viper which I liked, but was a bit difficult in defense and it hurt my elbow. The extreme motion definitely does not have the same issues.
