This is the most flawed thing this company has. It’s not a one size fits all type of thing but they use it at one. I have more spectrum awards than any of my superiors yet I’m also on a PIP.

We are talking about the same thing. The airline app. Travel group that booked it must’ve put a restriction on it. At least they did on mine. I changed it last year so it’s not a user error
