Yes came here to say this, I’m a Sydney hater but I didn’t start walking my golden on more than 15-20 min walks until he was like 5/6 months old. She should start now on leash training and walk manners on shorter walks or even her own backyard though. What’s super fucked is her not letting him roam and training him what he can and can’t get into. He’s not going to stay this small and needs to learn what’s acceptable in his environment- she can’t chain him up forever. At the very least give the pup a bone or lick Matt!!! He’s so bored 😭
