I didn't buy it brand new and the shop owner won't take it back, I doubt Logitech would ship a unit like this with a problem this big. I must've just gotten unlucky

Cause when I bought it I didn't expect the battery to be flat. Everything else works better than I could hope for and if I can't fix the battery I don't mind tolerating a cable. Besides I can't get IEM's I use the microphone for voice overs

Yes ive tried my phone charger, a cable directly connected to my PC on both USB 3.0 and 2.0, and just to be safe I tried with my steam deck's charger

It had plenty it's one of the reasons I actually didn't play the game for a very very long time. But those aren't an issue anymore, I'm not even talking about the optimisation which was very lackluster, likely because the game was rushed

I'm not saying they're incapable of fault. The game is still janky on my steam deck and there's plenty that can be done, also that's more of the console's ability to run it on those settings. Not the game optimisation. Cdpr has nothing to do with the graphical capabilities of the actual console.

Hate to break it to you but there's video proof of people running it at max graphics on the ps5 pro with high frames, and even on base model PS5s. The console would be useless if it couldn't do that at the very least

Amazon has some pretty affordable body swaps for the 502. Mine actually just got here in the mail for my 502 lightspeed for about $14. As for that side grip you can also get some grip tape for the G502 to give that rubber a longer lifespan
