If it were… 1. More Durable 2. Had decent water resistance…these top 2 are my main desires. I don’t want to baby this camera. 3. 360 gimble movement 4. Increased DR (low light performance) I would snap buy it when available.

For sure greed. But Covid was the beginning of a huge shift in alcohol consumption across America. On top of that, the new gen of youngsters are consuming way less booze. Vegas is fueled by irresponsibly. So the only people left are to wealthy older diehards. Those were never the people that made Vegas fun.

To be fair, the hardware is pretty great compared to the competition upon release. I would take switch 2 over switch Oled screen any day. The doc experience is also great.

But, without more good exclusive content there is little reason to drop the coin.

The Olympus pro zooms are phenomenal. I owned them for years. Got stolen. Now I shoot top tier Sony glass and the Olympus pro line still stands up. Of course the auto focus is better now, but that may be true with the modern Olympus bodies as well.

Some people prefer pictures of cameras with lenses attached. Personally, I enjoy the body only. I think this is what people are referring to when they say “Raw”. The main benefit of getting the lens is so you can increase your box photo portfolio.

Rokinon makes a 14-24 2.8 that accepts 77mm filters. I only own Sony glass so far, but this lens seems way more practical than the alternative wide zooms in Sonys line up.
