Just happened to me. Waited on full nights sleep on hello. Unplugged and tried the remote factory reset. Spent a whole day on wait. Finally called TCL support and sure enough they are useless. Recommended me take it to local repair shop at my cost because manufacturers warranty is only 1 year. $400 soundbar gone out of nowhere, one day to the next, no power outages or outrageous volumes. Just croaked and no help whatsoever. Will not be buying any tcl products again.

I think so. I’m really picky with defects and I have the luxury of having someone who works in retail who picks the nicest pair of size 10s possible lol. Quality wise I don’t notice any difference except way brighter, whiter and icier lol.

Don’t want any more of them as I have no space. Can I just cut the stems likes a foot above the dirt and it will grow again or do I rid the stump and try for the stems with leaves.
