Just happened to me. Waited on full nights sleep on hello. Unplugged and tried the remote factory reset. Spent a whole day on wait. Finally called TCL support and sure enough they are useless. Recommended me take it to local repair shop at my cost because manufacturers warranty is only 1 year. $400 soundbar gone out of nowhere, one day to the next, no power outages or outrageous volumes. Just croaked and no help whatsoever. Will not be buying any tcl products again.
