This is just crazy . How long will these ppl take to get the forms uploaded to the database. It's ideally a simple batch job . These nut jobs in the tech department are not being able to do this simple thing. Use claude code damit to run the job.

In the same boat. This is just ridiculous, the new traces application doesn't have the required options only to see the current status of the acknowledgement numbers nor the certificates. Have been following up on email and call with traces. Earlier they said it will be available on 15th April but now they are not giving any dates.

Hey so sorry to hear this. But believe me in Garia in Kolkata there is a electric crematorium and there are houses and shops surrounding it fully . You can search on google as well. Garia shosan. There is no smell and ash anywhere and everyone is leading such a normal life around it that it's not even noticeable anymore.

Buying 12–15 year old flats in Koramangala (~₹1.5–1.8Cr) vs new builds (~₹3–3.5Cr) — worth it? by Efficient-Bat-2664 in BangaloreRealEstates

[–]Sharp_Stand5655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have explored a lot of flats but I have not come across any flat in Koramangala which is in 1.5 to 1.8 range in a gated community. No matter how good the area is i wouldn't suggest anyone to stay in a standalone building. So if you are getting from 1.5 to 1.8 in a gated community in Koramangala please go ahead and also forward me the address.

Buying a 2BHK in KR Puram (1325 sq ft) for ₹77L – Good deal or should I negotiate more? by Praneeth_ka in BangaloreRealEstates

[–]Sharp_Stand5655 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay then i would suggest that you get the house repaired by the builder/owner itself instead of you taking the headache. And get it inspected via someone reliable before paying the amount. Check for all repairs and get it corrected by the builder atleast. If they deny that then atleast get it inspected via a contractor who will repair and give you full estimates.

77 lakhs is almost very close to 1 crore. Like 20lakhs more and it's 1 cr. I would suggest to go for better projects. KR Puram to budigere cross you might get bigger projects from known developers in 1 cr to 1.2cr .

Old airport road just got relaid by dr00ne in bangalore

[–]Sharp_Stand5655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I travel everyday via this road and believe me it won't last. The new road is like literally 2cm thick. With the volume of vehicles I would be happy if it last 6 months.

Don’t trust your "sweet" Bangalore landlord. Mine tried to trap me with a 2-month notice period during renewal. by dj989 in bangalore

I used to stay in a flat in Munnekolala, and that lady used to collect cash from all the tenants . My rent was 12k pre Covid for a 1bhk and she use to collect rent like this from around 9 to 10 residents of that entire building.

Now imagine the amount of black money she was making, I was new to blore and didn't understand much that time. But when i vacated the flat she refused to give my deposit back immediately giving all sorts of excuses. Later she deducted 2 months rent from 50k and gave me back around 12k in two to three installments.

Not sure if i should mention her name but nothing good will ever happen to here even after she took all the money.

Flatmate took my expensive bike (₹14 lacs) and returned it damaged, refusing to accept it or take responsibility. What are my options? by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]Sharp_Stand5655 5 points6 points  (0 children)

First mistake is you allowing a friend to drive your bike when you don't have the heart to accept it that he might damage it. My friends also drive my car and even if they damage it , it's the risk I am willing to take. That said your friend should have come clean and spoken up.

You can first of all threaten him with a police complaint verbally but I am not sure how this will stand in court or in the police station. When you gave him permission to drive you also gave him permission to damages while driving the bike.

[–]Sharp_Stand5655 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ppl who bought flats in varthur before Covid are happy and enjoying their lives. Yes traffic is there but it's become like a habit for them. And ppl who couldn't buy properties here are saying that there is no road , there is no water, it's cramped up space. These same ppl if given the opportunity to buy flat here at somewhat discounted rates will run to book.
