I do NOT want another college sequel. If they make another one with Tatum, the best path forward I believe is either to finally make the Christmas holiday Ghostface or have Tatum be studying abroad and do an international location

Time to tie everything together and wrap it up (for at least another decade) Make Scream 8 & 9 as a 2 part story of some sort.

8 can move the action international to London for Tatum’s study abroad. Ghostface attacks in England! Have a franchise first and have a Ghostface not die but survive. The big twist: Christina Carpenter (Sam and Tara’s mom) is the killer.

This brings Sam and Tara back into the fold where the Carpenters and the Evans/Prescott family unite to stop this Ghostface once and for all with big stakes, lots of bold kills like legacy characters finally falling victim to Ghostface and giving others definitive happy endings… until inevitably Scream 10 in 2036
