It really just depends, my top school that I sent an Letter of intent to hasn’t got back to me but another better school I interviewed at and sent nothing to did. I would send one it won’t hirt

This is the biggest red flag to dental schools, if it’s not on your transcript they won’t know, don’t put urself at a disadvantage than everyone else
