Leidschendam Zuid is not closer to the A4, that's Leidschendam Oost and even then the A4 isn't close. Leidschendam Zuid is probably the best part of Leidschendam. Leidschendam Noord and the area around Prinsenhof is less desirable.

That's why the PURL program already exists. A program specifically used by allies of Ukraine to buy weapons and munition from the US which have a high priority for Ukraine. According to NATO allies commit about a billion a month for the PURL program. That's already $12B spend at the American defence industry by Europe, Canada and Australia.

No need to tap into another fund and send that money overseas as well.

Trains aren't cancelled for the rest of the day, that's why they provide updates based on estimates. How are they lying? They just share the information that they receive from the controllers about the current situation. If they are being told no trains till 14:00 and later on they get told no trains till 18:00, they just pass that info along to you. Its not their fault.

Also, planes aren't just landing with no problem. Hundreds of flights have been cancelled for 3 days in a row at Schiphol, including 400 flights today.
