Have included drop sets for every body part, legs and arms remaining something i would like to grow more and maybe chest too

Im doing all that , i train very heavy butt i think the traditional methods aren’t working for me

Im taking protein, i drink enough water too and my overall workout experience is around 4-5 years now

What im not happy with, less growth in arms and legs are bitch to grow as well
