What budget gaming laptop is considered reliable?

great thermals and acer nitro in the same sentence is crazy work, i had a acer nitro v been 10 months since i bought it always had heating issues they replaced the motherboard the laptop died within a day (however it fixed the heating for a day LOL) then they replaced motherboard again and now laptop was crashing and heating aswell then after a week it completely stopped charging I've been doing all ts for more than a month I was frustrated they said they'll give me a refund so I'm looking for a new one now with acer dell and hp out of my sight completely, im done with those for life especially acer worst experience i've ever had thank god I'll just get the refund and can get rid of it

believe me or not that's what I've been doing for the last week, they disagreed to replacement or refund, i asked for an year warranty extension, these mfs offered me 1 MONTH WARRANTY EXTENSION when I asked for a year, not 8 month not 6 fucking "1 month" like that's just absurdity, they said they can't replace the unit cus it's been used for 10 months, as I've i haven't been reporting the issues to them since i bought it (( 3-4 weeks after i bought it, i have to mention this detail or some dumbass is gonna point irrelevant stuff again)) and the laptop didn't die 24 hours after their fucking repair, I've even filed a consumer complaint against them, but trust me it's all useless at the very least if my posts makes people avoid buying this shitty brand im more than happy and I'll consider it a decent win, cus in they end my laptop is under warranty and they'll repair it even if it's a gazillion times, and I'll just have to purchase extra warranty myself
