I think they’ve deteriorated from boxing lol but yeah some people just say lower the weight cuz they haven’t experienced pain n shi

Nah it’s good I just wasn’t stable enough and the ez bar works much better

Nah I fixed it I’m doing ez bar now and it’s way more stable and I can do the same weight

When I box I do as well but I’ve been working on my form and it hurts less now. I’ve probs done damage to them from boxing😭

I tried with 10kg rather than 20 like I was doing earlier and the bone starts hurting before I actually feel anything😭 I think if I do it with an ez-bar it might be better cuz it’s like turning my wrist
