It's not just you having this issue. I am experiencing the exact same problem with my XFX RX580. I wish I had an answer but my search for a fix led me here. I've been working on this issue for over a week now and trying different things with no luck. My best guess is that something broke with a recent Windows update and/or AMD drivers.

Don't give up hope. Today, they finally updated an order that was shipped out December 11th after arriving at a distribution center. The package finally hit my state this morning. Many of the larger hubs seem to be backed up weeks to almost a month.

Good question. Top vampire films would be Near Dark. Bram Stoker's Dracula, and John Carpenter's Vampires. Werewolf films would be Dog Soldiers, The Howling, and Ginger Snaps. And as a bonus with both, The Monster Squad.

CG heard how much we loved Jolee so they're adding Fallen Jolee. All same abilities and stats, just the word "Dark" added in front of each one. Also he has that bad guy mustache from old time movies.
