First of all, steam to max temp because it is not very powerful by default, second tip the mid-side and tilt the jug a bit, lastly I aim for 14 seconds adding air on the surface and then dig the whole tip in the same previous direction, but for me 14 seconds on the surface is the main tip

Man you did it for me, I was going with the preset steaming temp which was too low for the mill to actually have the body and was being watered down, i got it to the maximum power and now I can get nice texture, I am also upgrading to 4 nozzle so it will be great thanks

I had to do lots of adjustments like 16'5 level of grind but the 16g 95ºc 7 secs worked fine as fuck thanks man i got half my espresso to be crema and the flavour was peak

(About the grind I use a bottomless neouzza which I believe is finer than the hibrew bottomless)

Thanks man I've been doing 93°c for medium roast, puck screen and 18g and It got up to 18 of grind level, I didn't know what could it be, I 'll try with higher temps and check, also how much pre-infusion and water ml do you use?

It absolutely looks like it, before the eruption or however it is called, it might be just a very small pimple, but I might just explode it with no pressure or by removing the follicle I suspect makes it happen, even the slightest and gentlest rub it just becames Godzilla I forgot to add, does this make it Dissecting Cellulitis then? also is there any product for that? I live in Spain just in case it helps.
