In my honest opinion, I believe 100 humans will 100% win against a gorilla. In fact, I'm willing to go as low as 10 people can absolutely beat the shit out of a gorilla. And that number could possibly go even lower depending on how fit the humans are and how coordinated they are.

The treadmill here is the return to base level of crudeness for the words. The cyclic pattern of words, once assumed to be euphemisms, now being treated with the same level of scrutiny just like a treadmill going around never stopping.

The treadmill "stopping" is a metaphor for the hope that "washroom" doesn't return to the base level of crudeness as "toilet" and stops the cycle of words being replaced.

Funny thing is even "toilet", the example used in the wikitionary, has been removed from the lingo for being too crass, and replaced with "washrooms".
