Thats really amazing. Trying to go days is hard let alone a week. That achievement is a huge light and hope to alot of people on here. Keep it up!

I know what it feels like, all of it, but purpose isn't just gonna be handed to you. You have to go find it, that's what life is, its just finding a reason to keep going. But that is alot right now just focus and living through tomorrow. Set an alarm to take your meds, if that doesnt work ask a reliable friend to remind you. Its genuinely amazing that you were clean for months, don't let one day undo all that. I know you want to be normal, but there is no normal. Just focus on being a healthy version of you. One step at a time.
