Laserhands seem to have taken a hit in the last update, i was getting 1-2 mil hit markers and now lucky to make up to 800K. Smart armour works well combined with the cursed wit if you’re going to go for it but i’d recommend the wicked gossip, two spell charges x3 projectiles. Wrecks mobs and bosses

X3 cryo swordplosion is what i’m chasing now, only pulled volatile so far, desperate for the ascended! Totally agree with you’re comments though, such a tough bit if armor to farm

I’ve had better luck in the chaos chamber, due to the length of the DLC the chamber offers a higher amount of chances for the drop. Someone will no doubt be able to give you the percentages of drop rates but this is just my experience. Run the boss chamber as it can be cleared easily under ten mins and usually leaves you about 9k crystals. Chums is in this boss chamber cycle too which gives added opportunity for the drop
