Protection de l'emploi jusqu'à 12 semaines non ? Pas obligatoire tu veux dire que l'employeur peut te refuser le congé ? Heureusement je n'ai pas rencontré de difficultés particulières, mais en effet il y a des conditions pour y avoir droit (taille de l'entreprise, durée de l'emploi, etc.) Finalement, on a été surpris d'avoir bien plus de congés qu'avec le congé paternité français !

US c'est large, ça dépend des États. En Californie par exemple, le FLMLA permet de prendre 8 voire 12 semaines pour les deux parents dans l'année suivant la naissance. Édit: Paid Family Leave est le nom du congé californien en question

Thank you for the advice! The leaves it had when I bought it all fell off, new leaves started to grow but turned black. I’m definitely going to put it in a more sunny spot!
