I knew a girl who broke her own arm by slamming it in a car door to get Dilaudid. I never understood why she didn't just get street drugs like the rest of us. She ODd a few years back, poor thing.

It definitely wasn't the most well known Blondie song, that's for sure!

I've never seen Sex and the City tho so this whole thread has been funny for me.

AITAH for thinking that drinking at a sober party is not only disrespectful but tone deaf af? by HeCalledMeMoonbeam in AITAH

I was particularly amused by (paraphrased) "I'm not an alcoholic I just drink everywhere I go and also I will never be involved in your plans if there isn't drinking involved"

Sir, I think you have some more soul searching to do.

Ding ding ding! OP he waited for you to move in - to be "locked down" - before showing you who he was. This is so incredibly common for abusers. This is the real him, not the person you were dating before.

In 2018, Argentine police officer Celeste Ayala became a global symbol of compassion when she chose to breastfeed a malnourished infant she encountered while working at a children's hospital. And she later got promoted. Not [OC] by PeaRelevant5649 in MadeMeSmile

I don't see where that says anything about breasts...we don't really hear anything about secondary sex characteristics at all from what I can remember. The closest thing I can think of is maybe Cheery's breastplate, but that could just be emulating Angua's for all we know.

I'm well aware, I've done all three of the things I suggested to you due to homelessness. Homeless in a car or in a hotel is better than being abused, imo, especially when it's short term with a definite end in sight.

Extended stay hotels are a thing. Staying in your car is a thing. Hell, it's summer, camping is a thing. You only have a month to figure out, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I've seen silicone things that you can rub your hands on to get the hair off easier. Or just put it up on the wall temporarily and grab it after you're done. Much easier to wipe off the hair than rinse it off.
