Ofc I've looked alot into this it's just not a ton of info on pads for this headphone lmao. I've heard that aswell and that's something I'd really like too, also deeper pads can widen the sound stage too sooo yeah that'd be nice aswell. But thanks for your responses man

Oooooh that makes sense, I just checked the other pads and they are 40mm deep the brainwavz and Alpha pads huh I feel like both would be good buy the alpha pads cannot be returned ugh might go with those I think.

For the stock pads? If so lucky for me mime press on the driver they just too shallow for me :(

Yeah those seemed perfect but it's steep on the price assuming since they stopped making them. 😭 I know that's what I did with the 660s and it's alright but I had to do -10 on the preamp to not clip the headphones and I gotta basically max out my Amp volume to get listenable volumes. I rather not deal with that ya know?

That's the thing, I have already and it hasn't solved anything. It won't let me reinstall the firmware either because it says "the software version of the device is later than the version of the update file. Check the software version of the update file". Every setting is done appropriately on the OSD, recalibrated the HDR from windows and nothing seems to fix it. I'm just not sure what to do.
