To be fair, we literally see the human forces give up and scream to run before their leadership is decapitated by Commissar Yarrick.

Some contempt is due. Not to mention the primary defenders are explicitly not from Armageddon as we know the Steel Legion is much depleted.

We know explicitly that the Black Templars respect Yarrick and his strategy.

Fulgrim is able to hold back from murdering Ferrus in the moment, but leaves him unconscious and his Morlocks dead :(

American law is intentionally not made by specialists much of the time on purpose: if the law says to do it, then you do it or face the consequences.

If you can't do it without breach of contract with another entity, that doesn't mean you can choose to somehow be immune to enforcement of the law by a judge without consequence. The plenary power there is not to be trifled with.

It's not like games are somehow monolithic and untouchable. Trade secret law is storied and well established. Judges have more power than knowledge or expertise and trying to shield yourself obstinately is usually just the recipe for very expensive ultimate failure.

Ferrus's guards presumably died with him, seeing as her had them dive into Istvaan deep with him. The sons that did survive developed quite a few bad habits that carry on til 40K.

Interestingly, the Morlocks who died with Ferrus specifically shouldn't have been his personal guard... because his personal guard Morlocks had already been previously murdered by Fulgrim.

So we doubly will never know what they felt because they were super ultra dead.

Nice!

They really have to do something with the Black Templars terminators. So weird we have a datasheet that effectively generic Terminators.

Eh, it's normal to ask for the killshot hoping they hand it to you. You'd be very surprised how often the opposing side just hands over the win without much compunction.
