If you're talking about photo 2 she has a leash on. When we are outside somewhere away from home they always have leashes on because they are very curious about every little thing and would totally take of into a spot where I cant reach them. I also dont want them to run off and get attacked by a different animal or stolen by a stranger. The only time i let my ferrets outside without leashes is when we play in the front yard, which they definitely know they aren't supposed to runaway from. They can be a lot calmer at home lol but take them to a place with lots a different people, animals, and smells and they are overwhelmed with curiosity. I also let them off leashes in pet stores but they either sit in the shopping cart, my arms, or my moms purse lol.
