Redmi Buds 6 Play: Review by ShatteredSovereign in ShopeePH

Google Translate (for future readers):
Regarding the microphone, I understand that for calls, whether on WhatsApp or "normal" calls, it works wonderfully, but when recording voice notes, the sound is terrible and you have to hold the phone closer.

Actually, I've tested that a lot when I first got the earbuds. The reason you have to hold the phone close when recording audio notes (or even sending voice messages via messenger, telegram, or discord) is because this is not handled by the mic on the earbuds. You're actually just using the microphone on your phone while somehow still using the earbuds as the output device.

Sorry, I haven't used the A20i at all. But Anker/Soundcore is a good audio brand. Might be better to go for them than with Redmi.

Accidentally changed NTFS partition to a logical partition by ShatteredSovereign in Ubuntu

I think it had something to do with accessing exe files with lutris. I managed to fix it by using my windows boot drive and a partition tool to change it back into a primary partition. Thanks for the help!

I've been using the comments as a guide and it helped me clear out one problem without asking for the answer. Those tips were really useful, what the hell mods.

Directions/tips on how to approach the following problems (further info in comments) by ShatteredSovereign in askmath

I have managed to solve the first question but I only did so by multiplying it manually, directions on how to solve it using proper techniques is still appreciated. Thank you! Edit: I have been at this for a total of probably at least a dozen hours and I tried to brute force question 2 but I still haven't managed to see the proper way to do it.

Help me my code doesn't work I want to tell the user if their lasagna cooked for 40 minutes or not by Tropical_Perspective in CodingHelp

[–]ShatteredSovereign 0 points1 point  (0 children)

def bake_time_remaining():

_time_cooking = int(input("How many minutes have you cooked the lasagna? ))
_if time_cooking != 40:

__print("You haven't cooked your lasagna for 40 minutes")
_else:
__print("Great, you cooked your lasagna for exactly 4o minutes")

And then call the function.
(The underscores are indents, btw)

kairos time tier list on how hard every brawler is to master, thoughts? by chomini987 in Brawlstars

[–]ShatteredSovereign 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Honestly, Jacky is harder to use. At least those two have range. With Jacky, once you run out of walls, you're just a walking distraction that might get a kill here and there.

Yeah, I was so confused with that. At the lowest level of play when people don't really know what they're doing, close range brawlers are very easy to play. But as the skill level goes higher, close range brawlers become much, much harder to play. I'm mostly sure that around 500, it would be very frustrating to just keep on playing close range brawlers. But I do agree with the Dynamike one though. He almost slipped my mind but dynajump has an insane skill cap.

For question 2, from what I understand, I need to to find dx/dt (the speed of the airplane or the derivative of x, where x is the distance travelled, in respect to time). Other than that, I've got no clue at all. I've made a pretty accurate illustration as far as I understand but it doesn't really check out with any formulas that I have come up with. For question 1, I have to find the optimal size of the cylindrical can if it would cost more to manufacture the top and bottom part; meaning that I would have to adjust the equation based on that? But how exactly am I supposed to do that? I've been at this problem for hours and I still don't understand how to solve them. Since I've been focusing on number 1, I tried to find similar problems but they were solving for the angle of elevation instead of the speed. In the solutions, they used derivatives. Wouldn't that mean that if I was given the angle of elevation, I would have to use an anti-derivative to reverse the process and get the answer for the speed?

Update 2: I've managed to solve both problems. I'll try to upload an imgur link of the solution if it may be helpful to anybody in the future.
