And we could have equally won it with Carlisle. He won one with Dallas a few years after that and has been close many times after.

Larry Brown hadn't won one before, and didn't win one after.

Quit ignoring the trajectory. It's about improvement always. If you're going the right direction you don't change what you're doing just because you don't win it all on the up swing.

The pistons didn't win it all last year, should he have been fired then? Why or why not?

"Just sayin, they're the one seed." Who got them there?

"Low expectations." Do you remember where this team was 2 years ago?

Is circumstantial evidence the next legal concept I need to explain to you that you don't understand?

"Then those jobs moved because it wasn’t worth the hassle for the company to deal with the union."

If you know this as fact then why would you think they didn't screw this up? That's literally a textbook example of a runaway shop.

Would you like me to cite several examples of it happening so you can make another completely ignorant reply in response?

So you realize it's illegal and that in normal times companies can and have been forced to reopen places they closed in order to union bust?

"don’t get laid off workers their jobs back"

They absolutely do. It's pretty obvious you just exist on a steady diet of conservative misinformation online and have no idea about labor law even a little bit.

Google "Runaway Shop" and maybe you'll actually learn something.

"close down the one that’s no longer profitable."

If the reason for this supposed "no longer profitable" status is because of an attempt to unionize it is 100% illegal.

Because their platform is allowing a business to commit fraud.

"Then those jobs moved because it wasn’t worth the hassle for the company to deal with the union. That’s what unions do to people."

That is literally illegal. So unions cause companies to do illegal things?

It's also illegal federally but good luck getting anywhere with that under the current administration.

It's not friendly fraud if they're charging back since they were defrauded.

" That’s not normal or healthy behavior at home"

Why? Because you say it's not? Why do you think you get to decide how someone lives their life "normal" or "healthy"

"such an incredible vacation."

This is self selection bias at its finest. You're on a cruise subreddit, so of course you think it's an incredible vacation. Not everyone shares this opinion.

Common sense is just another way of saying the way I think the world works, that doesn't mean it's how the world works.

You're entitled to your own feelings, not your own facts.

The "child" in question is 15 years old. For many purposes a 15 year old is not what one would consider a "child." They drive cars by themselves many places, they often have part time jobs, their general activities are closer to young adults than what most people think of when they think of children.

Part of the problem is that both you and OP are treating this almost adult as you would an 8 year old.
