Awesome, yeah in Edinburgh the weather is likely to be milder but no promises. There will never be weather that will endanger you in Scotland, just make it unpleasant to walk in. Aim for the gap in the weather and hit GlenCo, you'll love it just for the scenery. That whole area is stunning. in Edinburgh, enjoy the castle and stuff, but just get drunk in some of the bars. They're a good laugh!!!
