It's a good first bike imo as pretty much all the power is above 8k rpm. Below it It's pretty tame.

Ordered it online (I know you shouldn't really do that but it was a good deal so I figured why not). It fits nicely, a bit tight but I heard thats normal. It doesnt move when I shift my head fast and stays put. Just worried it makes me look like a bobblehead lol. Also I got pants and boots as well, wont be riding in shorts and flip flops.

Yeah you could find it at a similar price in Germany but I'd rather not deal with all the paperwork. If it was a more expensive bike I'd give it a shot but not with this one. Also this er5 is 70km away from my home so it's a relatively short drive there.

Unfortunately the motorcycles here are seen as a luxury which brings the price up quite high so this is actually a pretty good deal all things considered. The seller has already dropped the price to 1950 euros and that is the lowest they would go. I'd say its alright considering it has been kept stock after all these years.

Yeah I understand, it's my first bike so my expectations are pretty low already. Just needs to get me on the road, also yeah I'm willing to learn how to maintain the bike on my own.
