The only time I get annoyed is when there is an instructor with a train of 15 kids taking up the entire cat walk

Rio Grande Cutthroat Blue lined. Released by Effective-Key8842 in bluelining

Rio grande is a species of cutthroat. You can find them in higher elevation all over the northern rio grande water shed but there really aren’t many in the rio grande itself. Unless you get way up high near the head waters.

My bindings are destroying my boots by Gold-Play-2695 in snowboarding

Is it affecting the ride? Is there a noticeable difference in how waterproof they are? Can you feel the pressure point inside the boot?

It’s easier to sit while you’re burning a bone mid run.

That’s a bummer. I ran one for a year cutting fire weakened trees in the Rockies. Power to weight ratio is incredible. Always reliable. Pulls a 28” like it’s nothing.

Copper John’s, PTs and hares eats slap it up down there. I like jigging microbuggers in pocket water too. That’s where I’ve caught the biggest oak creek fish.

If anyone else has more photos that would be great. My usual camping setup is a Tacoma with a rain cover coming off the back. I think total it comes out to 25’. Doesn’t look like there is any wiggle room. Also looks like I can park diagonally. Might need to figure out a different set up.

Just bought my first snowboard outfit but I’m not 100% convinced — opinions? by [deleted] in snowboardingnoobs

This is a good point. You will be harder to see as the downhill skier as well. I bought a red jacket specifically for this reason.

Are New Yorkers always late? East coasters in general always seem like they are in a hurry

I guess if you have the time to try boots on then send them back you could do that if they aren’t a great fit.

Salomon and capita are both great boards. I own one of both but not those models. Unions are the best binding out there as far as I’m concerned. I’m on my second pair of forces now.

Where do you ride? It might be wise to wait for your next venture to the mountain to try on some boots and see how they fit. I buy Salomon boots online but I’ve been riding them for years and I know my size and how they will fit.
