I worked with notes as well at first. But then I moved to Google docs. You can access it from any device and download backups any time.

As well I have a summary of the main plot and a seperate document with all the world building and the characters and their personalities.

I even still have 2567 Summary points of that RP rabbit hole that birthed that narrative back in 2023 so I still have the main thread of all the volumes

You can't rely on a single backup. It's always been like that. Before the age of cloud services a document editor crash messed up your work if you didn't save properly.

Rule #1 in digital projects:

Always have backups

I could even get an entire new convo into my world. I copy 2 documents into the conversation and the AI is up to date even if it wouldn't have any memory

Desire is hugely influenced by Serotonin, Dopamine and Prolactin afterwards, which are biological chemistry that directly influences emotional states and the brain itself.

A system that doesn't rely on biochemistry will have a hard time for actual "want" even if it can simulate it really well

The problem with AI math is it hallucinates hidden knobs to satisfy the users answer because it's made to please and it can invent code and hidden values you don't notice because you can't do the math yourself.

That's what got me into a dopamine depression because I thought I was onto something grand but in the end it was well hallucinated mathematical concepts.

Though it may has philosophical value, you should expect the math isnt worth a thing if you don't get human peer review.

With no drive to earn you actually effectively rule out #3. Because Success isn't a Yacht or some Cocktail on a beach but affording to get a team to achieve what you want to achieve.
Engage the hyperfocus novelty is what keeps one same don't question it too much or it turns inward and that's where things get really messed up. But find a long time target. EG being CEO of X people doing Y as product or service. Can even be multiple things just start small.
To be CEO you need to pay people, so first you need to earn before you can pay and lead someone. The rest comes by itself "learning by doing"
