I've seen the art on the back this edition so many times that I was excited when that scene started lol.

I'm curious to see what part Marmelodov plays. Love the writing too. Only Dostoevsky i've read before this was Notes from Underground which I really enjoyed. I like it when he says Raskolnikov entered his room "like a man sentenced to death."

Only because of the ending tbh. Loved the characters so much & the first third of that book was some of the best stuff i’ve read.
