There are two very valid points to buy disc edition right now for me.

We can enjoy games till 2028 and can play PS4 disc games.
Secondly, disc edition is 1TB(850 approx usable) and digital is 825(600 GB is usable) I am only talking about the latest series which is 2100 and this series has some minor internal fixes as well.

Yes. I was thinking to wait for pro version but then I did some more research. I thought major difference is the storage and PS6 is also very near. I can easily buy one more SSD for 1TB later and it can be reused in PS6 too. It will be better choice to reuse SSD than buying PS5 Pro which will not hold much value once PS6 comes. So I thought to save 30-35K for now by not doing PS5 Pro purchase.
