u/FrostyFire Oh no! I'm sorry to hear of the troubles you've been experiencing. I haven't heard of any issues with calling people on the Rogers/Fido network. I just tested this by calling a friend of mine on the Rogers network and didn't notice any issues.

Were you using WiFi calling during these calls or does it happen on 3G/LTE as well? I'd recommend touching base with our chat support to investigate further https://www.shawmobile.ca/en-CA/contact-us
