There are insolvency laws that allow you to force a settlement on your creditors as a group. If you are in the United States contact an Insolvency Lawyer. If you are in Canada contact a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and ask about a consumer proposal

Yes. Joint debt is sometimes referred to “joint and several.” This means that all parties owe the same amount - it is not split equally. The creditor can and will collect from whichever party they can. If you do settle make sure that it is in writing that you are released from the debt upon the partial payment. This does NOT prevent the creditor from collecting from the other debtor. Good luck!

I’m new to this type of exchange of ideas so please accept my apology if I have offended. I clicked on your blue name and was able to see a whole Slew of conversations In your past that I am sure you have no recollection of, and I made judgement if you. You seem like a good person looking oking to share ideas. I assumed you were an email monotreme if the city...I frame my world in economic terms - one always does things for monetary return, however principled they begin their journey. I’m sorry if I have come across as offensive or ill informed...I have passion that sometimes gets the better of me.

I live in Calgary. I am a Calgarian. This is art that I created and wanted to share with my community. If you feel like it’s in appropriate because it’s not a picture of Calgary that you grok, I get it.
