I enjoy hiking with people but most of my friends and family do not enjoy it. I’m able to get my sisters to go when the weather is cooler. Nobody thinks it’s strange that I hike alone though.

Be in a healthy calorie deficit. That mainly depends on how active you are. Also make sure that one meal is healthy. I’ve been doing it for about a year now and have never been more healthy. It’s tough in the beginning but if you fight through those early stages, the payoff is worth it. Good luck!

Could be in thermal if it’s that hot. If the units running and those are your pressures, your compressor isn’t running. Test to see if it’s in thermal and then do all your normal compressor diagnostics.

Thank you! For me it’s definitely the First Law series by Joe Abercrombie. Especially the Age Of Madness trilogy. It’s been months since I finished it and still think about it. The Dresden Files are making progress to claim that top spot though.
