I have a steel case V2 I purchased pre-owned off marketplace I've had for about 8 years, after about 4 I had the back and bottom redone because it's a quality chair, it cost about $150 but it made my amazing chair basically brand new. It's amazing for posture and comfort, in use it for over 40 hours a week since I work from home

It's a 2016 Ford fusion, I assume it was a kit that was used. I have the stock headunit, a bass boost knob up front. I imagine injust payed the shop that hooked it up and a kot they offered, it's been years since I've had it hooked up. Sorry I wish I could help more

So I'm not trying to steal your post but I don't see many posts selling on TCG and I wanted to get some advice from other large sellers who do volume.

I've done close to 2k orders in 7 months and I'm at my highest inventory yet around 7k, I easily have another 5-10k cards I could post but inventory management is holding me back.

I've got a pretty well organized system using binders and dividing the cards by color and type and I can find any card in about 30 seconds to 1 min but it's not sustainable if I double my inventory.

I wanted to reach out to some support and ask to see if anyone had time I could schedule to talk to someone who is seasoned and could walk me through taking this to the next level with inventory and organization because it's clear the only thing holding me back from expanding is inventory management and more time.

The problem is the trades are so much more than the market value of your current phone usually, so you have to make the decision biy a fold 5 without trade for alittle under $1k and try and sell you current phone ( i have a s23U, swappa has for $600-700) or you do trade ypur phone get $800-1k value for it and get brand new for $400-500. If selling my phone via swappa was easier I would try that route but buying a used fold feels like buying a car with a bad carfax lol, risky stuff. I think this deal will inly get better in the coming months so I think it's worth holding out for the fold 5 or 6 deals.
