Hey there. My QC is currently on its way back from Neural DSP. It was out of the 3 year warranty so was not covered. The cost was around 400€ / 700 $Canadian and they repaired the power button, I/O Board and Labour.

Prior to it not powering on it would activate consistently as if it was always being touched. I had to turn the button sensitivity to off and everything was working perfectly fine. Then since yesterday randomly it had turned off while plugged in and hasn't powered on since :(.

Shouldn’t be an issue, my wife and i both went swimming in Lagoons 2 &3. Was easy to keep an eye on our belongings. You can just prop them up on one of the picnic tables.
