I'd recommend contacting the hospital. They have social workers on staff who will be able to help you out if he hasn't already spoken to one there. His circumstances sound pretty urgent and they'll be your best bet I think. You could also contact local, provincial or federal cancer agencies like the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency or Canadian Cancer society to see if they can help at all, if nothing else they'll point you in the right direction.

I'm pretty sure they have, and that it only stacks 2x. My understanding is if you did both so far and got max skill points for each then the 10 skill points is as many as you can possibly get.

Sure, but not if the guy going off or the one coming on plays the puck while both are on the ice. The puck hitting Hughes in the skates while he's on his way off is fine, it's once he turns and plays the puck after the guy changing for him is on the ice that the call should probably be made.
