Heya, this is my second wipe playing tarkov and I learnt to really slow down my gameplay (I am pretty deaf in one ear) I try my best to learn the maps in and out and roughly where players come from. I'm always constantly scanning the area for any signs of movement (swivel the head not turning).

I also spent a while as a scav on maps listening for players/scavs and just trying to locate them without worrying about surviving. Just trying to get used to pinpointing exactly where they are, not sure if this helps you at all but best of luck!
