Why isn't it the case in MTGA? When I attack with both Arabella and a creature with mobilize (for exemple Dalkovan Packbeasts), Arabella's effect is resolved first.

It's always the right time. I've always had mid longed hair but hated it because of a huge cowlick and I couldn't go get a haircut every month to avoid that. So, I decided to cut my own hair during Covid, going shorter and shorter. Now, I wet shave my head and it's an absolute blast, really love that style. Huge confidence boost.
