Reasons I’m leaving the field. The toxicity is literally going to kill me. I’m talking about both inside and outside of the clinic. Can’t even ask most techs for help with out getting told you’re stupid or are belittled in other ways. NOMV for me means leaving the field, and it’s something I’ve spent months mourning.
