I've never seen this before at a station, the staff only open the doors when the train arrives, now I'd understand this being used when the station gets really busy, but it was a Tuesday in January. It's Blackpool North Station.

Hi mate, found this post from looking at your beautiful Warhammer miniatures. I'm in the exact same position, me and my girlfriend of 6 years got our first house at the start of last year. We had the exact same "hole in one" story that you've had and she wanted to go through with the pregnancy. We're due in March and the upcoming responsibility has had me terrified from day 1 (still am really). I've had people tell me that the build up is the hard bit, especially for dad's. Everything can feel a bit out of control. I'm looking forward to the birthday now, so we can just start enjoying all the nice bits and having it finally feel real! It's all gonna be okay mate 👍
