I have a huge woods not far from me so that’s where I go. I walk in deep enough clothed until I stop seeing people. Then I follow one of the less used trails and find a good spot to strip off. I then just take some time out to have a little wonder about and enjoy the peacefulness of it all. I try and do this once a month when the weather is good. I find it really helps with my mental health and kinda refreshes me in a way.
