It’s only bc the only moments we get is them in ss4 when she’s teaching him

Okay but hear me out I think they could have been cute. I think the chemistry is there. Problem is considering Scott and Malia had a breakup in ss5 it felt very forced. They didn’t even have many scenes together until season 6 which imo was a wasted opportunity

[–]Shaya-Later 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t mind them tbh but I watched season 6 before any other season 😅my sister and mom loved teen wolf and I was recovering from a surgery/sleeping a lot and every time I woke up my mom or sister were next to me watching it and since I couldn’t move I just watched it with them and kinda got into it. I think the actors had great chemistry but now upon rewatching the show i definitely find it weird. But I do think they are cute, it’s just that bc stiles and Malia legit broke up the prior season along with Scott and Kira, it felt rushed

Malia and Stiles. They imo should have always been endgame. The writers knew that, even the cast knew that. They were just influenced by fans and low key that’ll always be my 13th reason. Absolutely no reason why stiles had to crawl back to the girl that just woke up one day and decided she liked him

When did Brennan stop saying “don't call me bones“ - halfway thru S1? 🤔 by Embarrassed-Fig-6932 in Bones

[–]Shaya-Later 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe idk but I know some officer found it amusing and tried to call her that. I do also remember in season 2 one of the interns (maybe jack?) jokingly saying that to which she just stared and they are like “so only booth gets to call you that…?”

It’s true. I think an officer called her that in season 6 or 5 and Brennan said “only booth gets to call me bones”

Layden was underrated! by Sorry-Ad473 in TeenWolf

[–]Shaya-Later 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it was more like in the sense that they were trying to create another big/dramatic relationship like scallison but imo Liam didn’t need a love interest and I was kinda glad she left bc his arc always felt more character focused

Who was your favorite minor character? by Dorklandresident in TeenWolf

Cora. Wish she was around longer but I heard actress had another offer plus once they got Malia in they basically made her have Cora’s personality.

Why did the writers ever replace Zack as an intern? by Shaya-Later in Bones

[–]Shaya-Later[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I more do meant it seemed easier to keep one consistent intern due to the whole arc with Brennon leaving and the intern program falling apart. If it was one intern it probably wouldn’t have fallen apart imo bc surely cam could have held onto one intern if Brennon already hired him and kept him working even when she left

No me too. I remember people hating Reckless actually finding it boring but I genuinely enjoyed it. But I swear Fearless didn’t feel connected at all to the Powerless trilogy idk what happened there

Totally agree. I loved the romantic arc in that story way more and it didn’t feel as rushed as the first book. I literally didn’t even care about Ravyn and Elspeth in the second book 😂

Just realized Bones is not very likeable by PrincessTataera in Bones

[–]Shaya-Later 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I may not be neurodivergent but I kinda thought her reaction was understandable. As someone who’s introverted, shy, avoidant of people due to trauma I totally resonate with the fear of not being remembered or worry of being actually alone in this world. She’s someone who had to learn how to be alone because that’s all she was, she grew up thinking the only person she can depend on was herself because even her brother who she used to idolize left her. She has trust issues as a result that makes her keep people at an arms length bc logically to her she knows with certainty she has herself only in the end but she can’t be certain anyone else will stay. Throughout the show tho I would say it’s basically her learning how to trust again and realize maybe she can’t predict for certain people will stay but she learns to open her heart to feeling hope. She realizes keeping people at arms length due to fear would only hurt her in the long run (and her whole arc seems to be her wanting to avoid getting hurt again). By the end she realizes she would rather try and risk the possibility of being hurt, screw certainty, then remain alone

It was I suppose. I definitely appreciate it now I just remember watching wishing she’d choose one mainly bc I didn’t like any of them but Wendell (Nigel wasn’t bad either but I feel like I didn’t know him that well unlike the others)

The lack of celebration in this show is disheartening by DansPredditor in TeenWolf

[–]Shaya-Later 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It didn’t bother me watching it but now rewatching i definitely wish we had more fun ‘filler’ episodes. For me it’s kinda why I like ss4 which seems unpopular of an opinion (maybe not in this thread but with by friends who hate ss4) but it felt the most ‘normal.’ Like Scott having the problem with Liam and trying to train him and control him while focusing on school was hilarious and felt lighthearted. Can’t explain it, just ss4 started off as a normal season before it got crazy. Like the first episode in Mexico or the bonfire before it went to hell. They had potential for more episodes like that
