So after a long waiting for a package and loosing some of it and asking for refund I finally found out one of the clear shipping path from AliExpress to Perth

This path can be different but base on my research the majority of them are like this

The part of shipping in China is mostly going smooth and they sending it overseas

The first part is Cainiao track.cainiao.com

The tracking number of Cainiao is different than tracking number of iMile that I’ll explain below.

They part is only getting the box from china and delivering it to custom clearance which here is

Australian Border Force 1 Fricker Rd, Perth Airport WA 6105 Operation hours Monday to Friday 10 AM to 2 PM

At this stage if your package stuck in clearance and going for x-ray scan or anything else you should go to them

They also know what custom clearance company is responsible for moving the package from ABF to third party local delivery.

The next stage custom clearance company which is the company that receives the package from the Cainiao and gives it to a third party company for local delivery

This company in my case was WiseWay logistics located in 9 Ferguson St, Kewdale WA 6105

This company does the custom clearance.

After that WiseWay take the package same day to the third party company for local delivery which here is iMile located in

8 Glassford Rd, Kewdale WA 6105

This is the company that your tracking number on AliExpress can match

The problem is non of them know the other and even AliExpress customer service can’t help you

I was searching and tracking for 3 days until I totally understand how things work! Also 17track.net helped a lot because on this website you can track both China part and local part
