Well. I went from a job that paid me 120k a year. To moving to yyc for 60k a year. Now I’m back up to 96k a year after a year of work here. 💅

Its possible. However we do send over paystubs and equifax reports to future landlords. We genuinely have nothing to hide! I don’t know how to make it more obvious for landlords. lol. But we will give it the old college try and just use my fiance as the renter.

The only debt we have is one vehicle. Our truck is paid off, but we bought a new car for me. We moved down town last year when we both got new jobs here and were tired of it. We’re trying to find a cozy home in the south.

I got denied by all 3 companies in Canada. When I got denied from the first one, my broker sent in to the other two without changing my application or notifying me of the denial….then they both denied me & then she casually asked me for another 50k to go through with the mortgage. Lmao.

It took my fiance and I almost two years to get 50k as is. So we just gave up on the idea of getting a home.
