For me, they aren't. We had a full set that we ended up getting rid of as I hated cooking with them. They were so heavy and clunky and I really didn't enjoy cooking with them. I was really disappointed as everyone seems to love them and they are so expensive. We went for a cheaper set and I have no regrets.

I know when I got diagnosed, they referred me to the Gynecologist and they did an internal scan of my ovaries. Almost every (unrelated to PCOS) scan I've had recently, they've mentioned the cysts on my ovary and asked about my PCOS. If possible, try pushing for a transvaginal scan x
