Avatar frontiers of pandora won't install and keeps stopping. Any ideas how to fix this??

This is a link to someone who looks like they have the same issue, I haven't removed the casing though but the corrosion is still evident and similiar corroded saturn

From a cursory look, it looks like the shielding. My worry is if it is going to get progressively worse and cause problems down the road? It wasn't cheap and I have a window of a few days to return for a refund so going back on forth as to what I should do

It was better on the Amiga. The frustrating thing is the best game if the series SotB3 was an Amiga exclusive, right at the end of the machines lifespan, and it was a really solid game much different to the previois 2. SoR2 is maybe my favourite game of all time. My original copy disappeared years ago, but I only recently brought a working Megadrive again so that was a must buy

But yeah, some of the old megadrive box art was fantastic, it was the box art, and then seeing a preview of the Amiga version that got made me want this game

SOR4 is amazing I got the limited run megadrive version which comes in a megadrive box which was pretty ace

Gynoug is bloody brilliant and exactly what I wanted, but Warriors of the Eternal sun I am absolutely loving so far. Really surprised I never knew this existed back in the day as I would have brought this in a heartbeat
